Here, it is necessary to study the <a href=\"https:\/\/masarat-sy.org\/en\/sustainable-development\/\">individual&#8217;s case<\/a> and look at the benefits resulting from the behavior and the disadvantages, and it is easy to reach individuals.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Preparation<\/b> <b>stage:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Individuals are fully ready to change behavior in the next month. Individuals in this stage have a complete plan, for example: (signing up for a sports club, going to a nutritionist), and this stage is considered the ideal stage for health affiliates because individuals are motivated to change.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Action stage:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In this stage, the individual has started to change, and began the work leading to changing behavior; practicing sports, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quitting smoking<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">The duration of this stage is from the beginning of adopting the new behavior to six months later. Individuals in this stage are greatly exposed to relapse and return to the old lifestyle pattern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Action Stage in the Theory of Change<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0In this stage, individuals do not need instructions and motivational intervention, but to support and assistance through the removal of external and internal elements that may affect and be an obstacle to practicing the new behavior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Maintenance Journey<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0The new behavior has been practiced for more than six months, but less than five years.
