The Masarat initiative is seeking to attract skilled volunteers from around the world who believe in the importance of volunteering and making a difference in people’s lives, especially given the significant need to compensate for the large educational and knowledge gap among children in Syria, refugee camps, and other affected areas. The Human Resources department of the Masarat initiative has prepared this form to achieve the mentioned goal.

Volunteer with us in the following fields:

Knowledge Management

Educational Counselor: Holds a university degree in education or its equivalent, with experience in educational
guidance or counseling. They will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating students, as well as tracking their educational and training plans.

Educational Technology Specialist: Holds a university degree and practical experience in educational technologies, especially in the field of distance learning. They will contribute to the implementation of educational technologies and provide training to newcomers in utilizing them effectively.

Technologies and Technology

Web Developer: A professional web developer who will contribute to the design and development of educational platforms for the initiative.

Programmer: A skilled programmer who will contribute to the educational programming tasks for the initiative.

Technical Project Manager: An experienced individual in managing technical projects, leading the project team, and ensuring the successful completion of the project according to the timeline.

Marketing
  • Social Media Manager: Holds a high school diploma, excellent written Arabic language skills, and extensive experience in managing one of the social media platforms. They will be involved in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

    Global Language Speaker: Fluent in one of the global languages, both in speaking and writing. They will participate in translating and publishing content.

    Marketing Specialist: Has academic qualifications and practical experience in marketing. They will be involved in developing and implementing marketing plans for the initiative.

    Professional Content Writer: Skilled in creative or marketing content writing, with proficiency in language and relevant experience in the field.

Human Resources

Human Resources Specialist: Holds a university degree and practical experience in the field, and will contribute to the development and implementation of the human resources system within the initiative.

General Volunteer: A general volunteer who is willing to contribute in a general capacity without specific prior expertise.
