As the youth of Syria are living through a new and different phase today, the Masaarat initiative has launched a campaign to support vocational training for Syrian youth. This campaign aims to provide comprehensive training that equips them with the technical and vocational skills necessary to enter the freelance job market and work remotely, as well as to develop their personal and administrative skills. It also offers guidance and career counseling to ensure practical application and optimal benefit from the training.
This is a knowledge model that is delivered remotely, enabling access to all targeted Syrian groups, regardless of their geographical location, whether inside Syria or in countries of refuge.
Syrian youth have faced unprecedented challenges over the past years due to internal displacement, refuge, and severe economic and social blockades, creating a significant knowledge gap between them and the job market and leaving them lacking the basic skills required in the modern job market.
This was in parallel with rapid digital transformations that created a new job market reliant on modern technologies and remote work, making Syrian youth desperately in need of specialized training to qualify them to compete in both local and global markets.
Therefore, the vocational training program at “Masaarat” aims to make a tangible impact on the beneficiaries and the community at large.

Additionally, institutions can specify the specializations they require, and Masaarat will design tailored training programs to equip youth with the necessary skills in these areas.
